1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the step, stand, move app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Any content that is found to be offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable will be removed immediately, and the user responsible may be banned from using the App. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Filtering Objectionable Content
We use automated tools and manual review processes to filter and remove objectionable content from the App. We reserve the right to monitor and review any content posted by users to ensure compliance with these Terms.
4. Blocking and Reporting Objectionable Content
If you encounter any content that you believe is objectionable, you can block and report it by using the "Block and Report" feature available in the App. Our team will review the reported content and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and banning the user responsible.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App. You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Bad Manatee LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Bad Manatee LLC.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms, do not use or access the App.
